Flight & Ferry
The nearest airport is Athens International Airport, which is about a 1h taxi ride from Piraeus Port, where the ferries to Hydra depart.

Taxi boats
There are no cars on the island of Hydra; you can get around by walking or by taxi boats.
At the port, you’ll find larger boats that run on a schedule and take you to the main hotels, restaurants, and beach clubs, as well as private boats.
